Copy and Print Centre Specialists

Bring us your interest in graphic design and/or printing, and we’ll train you up as a specialist. Copy and Print Centre associates have an eye for detail, a passion for quality and are committed to surpassing customer expectations.

Sales Specialists

This position has been introduced into a number of our stores and is actively responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales maximisation and gross margin enrichment by selling the Staples brand, products and services to our customers.

Store General Manager

You’ll be meeting the financial objectives for your store, by leading a team that provides an outstanding customer experience, quality standards and a will to succeed. Your main aim will be to ensure Staples becomes number one locally. Your commercial acumen will help you spot and take opportunities wherever and whenever they occur – you will truly ‘make things happen’.

How will you achieve this? ‘EASY’ – by attracting more business and power consumers at the same time as appealing to and serving casual consumers.

Sometimes it is not easy being ‘EASY’ – you’ll need bags of passion, drive and enthusiasm to ensure your customers feel the same way about you as you do about them.

Sales Manager

You are the epitome of a ‘selling machine’. It’ll be up to you to maximise store profitability through effective management of store standards and the team of associates you lead. You’ll have the opportunity to co-ordinate all aspects of performance management relating to the associate team by providing coaching, feedback and development. And to cap it all, you’ll support the General Manager in leading a team that prides itself on providing quality standards and customer solutions.

Team Leader

This is a role where you’ll ensure our customer service, both before and after sales, is to a truly excellent standard. You’ll effectively supervise associates while supporting the Sales Manager/General Manager in all aspects of performance management, sales maximisation, stock integrity, shrink and store standards. Above all you will ensure that our customers find what they are looking for on every visit – you role is pivotal to ensuring your customers walk past the competition to come to you first.
